Culinary Delights
Unique Food Vendors: Indulge in a variety of delicious dishes from different Asian countries. From savory street food to sweet treats, there’s something to satisfy every food lover’s palate.
Highlights:
Grilled Squid on an Iron Plate: Tender squid grilled on a hot iron plate, seasoned with spices.
Lamb Skewers: Skewers of marinated lamb, grilled to perfection.
Grilled Oysters: Grilled Oysters and golden needle mushrooms.
Stinky tofu is a fermented tofu dish with a strong aroma and crispy exterior. It’s deep-fried and served with spicy sauce, pickled vegetables, or chili for extra flavor.
Roasted corn: Roasted Corn with a passion for turning corn into delicious fun!
Filipino snacks and street food: Home of the best pork bbq, lechon kare-kare, sisig, dikandakan, kilawin, lumpia, pansit, and more!

Potato Twist – also known as a Tornado Potato or Spiral Potato, is a popular street food snack made by spirally cutting a whole potato, skewering it on a stick, deep-frying it to a crispy texture, and seasoning it with a variety of spices or sauces
Corn Cheese: Creamy cheese mixed with sweet corn kernels.
Blooming Onion: A blooming onion is a deep-fried appetizer made from a whole onion cut to resemble a flower. It’s battered, seasoned, and fried until golden and crispy.
